Completing this form must be reflective of the amount of tickets you already earned. That list is posted on the regional website. Chapters who have paid their regional dues, but didn't earn tickets may also attend. They earn one ticket for each advisor plus two member tickets.

The 74th Annual West Tennessee Awards Banquet will be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center on Tuesday, April 9th at 6:30 p.m.; meal begins at 5:30 p.m.
